When purchasing supplier access, you are purchasing access to supplier information and not the physical products shown, referenced, or offered by the supplier.

Third-party suppliers may change their pricing, minimum order quantities, product availability, shipping costs, products, policies, or other terms at any time.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order through TapCardHustle, you are making an offer to purchase the selected digital product or service.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, unauthorized transactions, or misuse of our Services.

Payment must be successfully processed before your order is completed.

Because our products are digitally delivered and may provide immediate access to supplier information, proprietary materials, downloads, guides, or other digital content, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations and do not provide refunds once digital access has been delivered, except where required by applicable law.

Purchases are also subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers who purchase supplier information may use that information to source products for themselves or for lawful business and resale purposes.

However, purchasing from TapCardHustle does not give you permission to reproduce, distribute, publish, share, give away, copy, or resell TapCardHustle's digital products, supplier-access files, ebooks, guides, starter kits, or other proprietary materials.

The price charged for a product will be the price shown at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.

TapCardHustle does not control supplier pricing.

SECTION 5 - DIGITAL DELIVERY

TapCardHustle products are primarily delivered electronically.

Digital products may be delivered through:

  • A download link displayed after checkout

  • An email sent to the email address used during checkout

  • A downloadable PDF or other digital file

  • Another electronic delivery method described on the applicable product page

Digital access is generally provided immediately or shortly after successful payment, although occasional technical or email delays may occur.

If you do not receive your purchase, please check your spam or junk email folder.

If you still cannot locate your purchase, contact us at tapcardhustle@gmail.com and we will make reasonable efforts to resend or restore your access.

Purchasing supplier access from TapCardHustle does not include shipping of physical products from that supplier.

Any physical products you choose to purchase from a third-party supplier are purchased separately and are subject to that supplier's shipping, fulfillment, and delivery policies.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The TapCardHustle website and Services, including our name, branding, logos, text, graphics, images, guides, ebooks, starter kits, sales materials, supplier-access documents, downloadable files, videos, designs, and other original content, are owned by TapCardHustle or our licensors and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase gives you a limited right to use the purchased digital materials for your own personal or business purposes.

Unless we expressly give you written permission, you may not:

  • Copy or reproduce our digital products for redistribution

Purchasing supplier access does not prevent you from independently purchasing products from a supplier and lawfully reselling those physical products.

TapCardHustle is not the manufacturer, seller, shipping carrier, or fulfillment provider for products purchased separately from those suppliers.

When you purchase supplier access from TapCardHustle, you are purchasing supplier information only.

No physical products are included unless the applicable TapCardHustle product page expressly states otherwise.

Any order you place directly with a supplier is a separate transaction between you and that supplier.

  • Minimum order quantities

  • Product condition

  • Product authenticity

  • Product specifications

  • Shipping costs

  • Shipping times

  • Customs or import fees

TapCardHustle is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with TapCardHustle.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and TapCardHustle, including injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with TapCardHustle.
