1. About Tap Card Hustle

Tap Card Hustle provides digital educational resources related to sourcing, setting up, marketing, and selling NFC review cards to local businesses. The Starter Kit may include the Vendor Blueprint, Setup & Programming System, Sales Script Vault, Objection Playbook, Best Niches Guide, and First Sale Action Plan. It is a digital product; physical cards, inventory, phones, software subscriptions, advertising, shipping, and other business expenses are not included unless stated in writing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By making a purchase, you represent that your payment and account information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

3. Digital Product Delivery

Digital access is provided electronically after successful payment, typically through the checkout platform, email, account portal, download page, or another stated delivery method. Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address, checking spam or junk folders, keeping credentials secure, and contacting support promptly if access is not received. For access problems, contact [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL].

4. Educational Purpose

The Starter Kit is provided for general educational and informational purposes. Tap Card Hustle does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, employment, or professional business advice. Customers are responsible for determining whether activities are legal and appropriate in their location.

5. No Earnings or Sales Guarantee

Tap Card Hustle does not guarantee sales, income, profit, recovery of the purchase price, a particular card price, or specific business results. References to approximately $30–$50 per card, revenue examples, calculators, profit estimates, or numerical examples are illustrative only. Results vary with effort, experience, pricing, costs, demand, sales ability, competition, expenses, and market conditions.

6. License and Permitted Use

Purchasing the Starter Kit provides one customer with a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license for their own business activities. Customers may use included scripts, plans, and templates for their own outreach and operations, but may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, upload, sublicense, give away, repackage, claim authorship, create a competing product, share credentials, or remove notices.

7. Intellectual Property

The website, brand, logo, text, graphics, guides, scripts, templates, downloads, and other original materials are owned by Tap Card Hustle or used with permission. Purchasing does not transfer ownership. Third-party names, trademarks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Google and Third-Party Services

Tap Card Hustle is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google. Google-related trademarks are owned by Google LLC. Customers must follow applicable third-party rules and policies. Tap Card Hustle is not responsible for platform changes, restrictions, pricing, outages, availability, supplier conduct, or policy changes.

9. Lawful and Ethical Use

Customers must use the website and Starter Kit lawfully and ethically. They may not create fake, purchased, misleading, or incentivized reviews; misrepresent affiliations or results; send unlawful spam; infringe intellectual property; engage in fraud or abuse; or violate privacy, marketing, consumer-protection, telecommunications, or advertising laws.

10. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed before purchase and may change for future purchases. The price charged at checkout is the applicable price unless there is an obvious pricing or technical error. Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, transaction fees, software costs, card costs, shipping, customization, and other expenses not expressly included.

11. Refund Policy

Because the Starter Kit is a digital product delivered or made accessible immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Customers should review the product description carefully before purchasing. Duplicate charges, missing access, or material technical delivery problems should be reported to [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL] within [NUMBER] days. Any refund or cancellation terms shown at checkout that are more favorable to the customer will also apply.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers should contact Tap Card Hustle before initiating a chargeback so reasonable access, billing, or delivery concerns can be investigated. Knowingly false or fraudulent disputes may result in termination of access and preservation of relevant records. This does not limit lawful customer rights.

13. Product Updates and Changes

Tap Card Hustle may update, revise, replace, add, or remove content. Appearance, organization, supplier references, tools, examples, and resources may change. Permanent availability of third-party suppliers, platforms, services, prices, or links is not guaranteed.

14. Account and Access Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated with reasonable evidence of unauthorized sharing, fraudulent payment activity, intellectual-property infringement, abuse, or a material violation of these Terms. Where appropriate, notice and an opportunity to correct the issue may be provided.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and Starter Kit are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Tap Card Hustle does not warrant error-free, uninterrupted materials or any particular result. Nothing excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tap Card Hustle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the Starter Kit giving rise to the claim.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, customers agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses resulting from unlawful conduct, misuse, infringement of third-party rights, or a material violation of these Terms.

18. Honest Reviews and Feedback

Customers may share honest opinions and reviews. Nothing in these Terms prohibits lawful, truthful consumer reviews or protected communications. Feedback may be used to improve products, but customers will not be publicly identified without permission unless legally allowed.

19. Third-Party Links

The website and Starter Kit may contain third-party links. Tap Card Hustle does not control or take responsibility for third-party products, availability, pricing, accuracy, security, privacy practices, terms, or performance.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, except where another law must apply. Before filing a formal claim, parties agree to make a reasonable good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL].

21. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent legally permitted.

22. No Waiver

A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

23. Changes to These Terms

Tap Card Hustle may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted with a new Last updated date and changes apply going forward.

24. Contact
